Longtime readers of our ramblings would note that several years ago, Amy and I went to the Ohio State Fair, and I commented on the available food, and dreamed up new creations. Well, it looks like someone down in Texas has stolen one of my ideas! Somebody needs to give credit where credit is due!

How do they keep the butter from melting?

I do recall hearing that they start with frozen butter, but I don't think it's actually supposed to remain unmelted...
i'm not sure when you came up with this... but there was an episode of Paula's Party on Food Network where someone won a contest or something ... and this woman came up with deep fried butter. This was a couple of years ago. n stuff. words.
